Tonight I did finally get the question answered who voted and what the vote was for the resolution that dissuades solar usage in the Borough through a right to know form.

As referenced in Ephrata Borough Council’s Regular Meeting Minutes dated August 12, 2019, it was moved by Mr. Richard, seconded by Ms. Martin, and unanimously passed that Borough Council adopt Resolution 2019-15 revising the Technical Requirements for Customer Owned Generation dated February 11, 2019
