Linda Martin who heads the Municipal Enterprise Committee on Ephrata Borough Council asked if I would provide a policy. It is the same as surrounding areas and the county of Lancaster. Pictured is a net metering policy that I propose that the Borough use. It is 2 pages, very simple to understand, and WILL promote the use of solar in the Borough. It is the same policy that the area surrounding us uses with success. I measure success by the amount of solar panels in use just outside of Borough boundaries.
