If you could choose your electric in the Borough of Ephrata I personally would have already left and moved on to a company that was more solar friendly. Don’t get me wrong until this solar issue has raised its ugly head I was a happy customer within the Borough for over 3 decades with never a missed bill. If they charged a little more for electric and called it for the better of the community I never minded. Taxation of the Sun is an overreach, completely wrong, and can never be allowed to happen.
